Responsibilities and Duties:
- The primary duty of any inventory officer is to help manage the inventory.
- Inventory Officer must work with spreadsheets and other computer software, some computer skills are a must.
- Ensure that stock related data is computerized regularly, in addition to the maintenance of the physical stock register
- To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
- Track daily consignments and make sure to get delivered on time
- Supervise & lead all processes and functions of the store can do multi-tasking between Inventory & administrative work.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work activities of staff/drivers.
