- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance.

- Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA qualification is preferred.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
