BSS Integration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to join our team, responsible for analyzing, preparing, implementing, and verifying the configuration and integration of nodes, networks, and systems. This role involves working on new product introductions, system upgrades, network expansions, functionality enhancements, capacity adjustments, and managing customer legacy environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in telecom environments and a passion for delivering high-quality integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the planning and execution of product configuration and integration activities to ensure seamless deployment.
- Implement product configurations and carry out integration and migration tasks effectively.
- Prepare and execute system, module, and acceptance testing to validate solutions.
- Conduct test activities to ensure technical and customer requirements are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and follow-up after project completion.
- Apply comprehensive technical knowledge across BSS, OSS, cloud, and telecom environments.
- Support scripting, coding, and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute actively to knowledge sharing and foster effective teamwork.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical pre-studies and solution assessments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a telecom vendor or operator environment, preferably with Business Support Systems (BSS) or cloud software systems, focusing on data analytics.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Solid understanding of BSS infrastructure and architecture within telecom service provider environments.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux system administration, IP networking, and databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle.
- Knowledge of IP security principles.
- Good understanding of 3GPP charging architecture, mechanisms, and interfaces.
- Familiarity with 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile technologies, VoLTE, IMS, and their integration with BSS/OSS architectures aligned with TM Forum standards.
- Experience using automation and DevOps tools such as GitOps, Rosetta, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, learning, and research capabilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills focused on delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with machine learning and generative AI tools such as Amazon Bedrock, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing data pipelines and working with data lake and analytics platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
