We are looking for a competent Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative task of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Role and Responsibilities
· Provide support in daily scheduled tasks
· Coordination for meetings and taking detailed meeting minutes.
· Preparing images and graphics for Social Media
· Work on marketing plans
· Execution of Social Media Marketing plans, already in place in the organization
· Handling Social Media accounts
· Create spreadsheets and Presentations
· Doing research for multiple social Media Plans
· Provide assistance in filing and documentation
· Update the calendars
