The BTL Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives such as retail promotions, roadshows, merchandising, and local brand activations. The supervisor will work closely with sales and marketing teams, manage third-party agencies and promoters, and ensure consistent brand visibility across targeted locations. Additionally, the role involves tracking campaign performance, gathering market feedback, and preparing regular reports to optimize activities and budgets. The BTL Supervisor will also ensure compliance with company policies, maintain strong relationships with retail partners, and support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities including retail promotions, roadshows, merchandising, and brand activation events.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align campaign objectives and strategies.
- Manage third-party agencies and promoters to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, collecting market feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee compliance with company guidelines and standards during all marketing activities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with retail partners to enhance brand presence.
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns through effective on-ground activation.
- Conduct field visits across various market locations in Lahore, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.

Required Qualifications

- Proven skills in BTL marketing planning, campaign execution, and on-ground brand activation.
- Experience in supervising teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing vendors or agencies.
- Ability to collect data, perform basic analysis, and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Knowledge of retail channel management, merchandising oversight, and customer engagement techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, telecom, or consumer electronics field marketing or trade marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore with flexibility for field visits and extended hours during campaigns.
