Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management: Oversee all project phases from initiation through closure, establishing scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource use while upholding quality and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site staff, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure timely project completion.
Team culture: Promoting and fostering a strong, ethical, friendly, and efficient team culture and working environment
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between clients, regulatory authorities, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution.
Project Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation, including progress updates, technical records, and contractual agreements.
Quality Assurance: Guarantee projects adhere to PEC and international civil engineering standards for quality and technical performance.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure all project activities align with national and regional infrastructure development laws and regulations.
Construction issues: Identifying, mitigating, and tracking recurring construction issues
Technical challenges: Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently to keep the project on track.
