Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire all teams to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations of all the teams, ensuring optimal staffing levels, adherence to quality standards, and efficient handling.
- Implement strategies to maximize productivity and streamline processes.
Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team performance.
- Develop action plans based on performance data to improve future performance.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Liaise with other departments to address cross-functional issues and ensure effective communication channels.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of operational experience as a Floor Manager
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
