Budget Express is urgently looking for energetic and well experienced Retail Purchasing Manager to take care of complete purchasing cycle and fulfilment of customer demand from all grocery food and non-food items.
- Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
- Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, damages and returns.
