Responsibilities:
- Develop cloud-based Python Django software products Working closely with UX and Front-end Developers
- Participating in architectural, design and product discussions Designing and creating RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption
- Working in an agile environment with an excellent team of engineers Assure apis have verbose documentation using swagger or redoc
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- 1.5 + years of job experience in developing and maintaining web applications and/or API services using Django and Python.
- Experience with Node Understanding of the full stack of the application and experience with HTML/CSS/JS
- Good understanding of Postgres, SQL/NoSQL, and their language constructs
- Extensive understanding of web application best practices and Git development flow
- Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Strong skills in building modular software with object-oriented design patterns
- Participate in rapid prototyping and application coding and debugging
- Strong knowledge of solutions to common web exploits.
- Well-versed with code versioning tools Determine appropriate architecture for new projects
- Excellent communicator who is passionate about quality, supportability, extensibility, and scalable application design
- Ability to coordinate with an extended design team.
