Bugslink Tech is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR information systems to support and optimize our workforce strategy. This role involves managing a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resource Executive will take charge of overseeing a team of 30 professionals, ensuring the implementation of best practices that promote employee engagement and organizational success. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle diverse HR functions effectively. The candidate will play a pivotal role in workforce planning, payroll management, and employee data management, utilizing their knowledge of HR analytics and human resource information systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, along with 2 years of relevant experience, and preferably holds professional HR certifications. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee performance management by designing performance review cycles and facilitating feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Lead a team of 30 HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate workforce planning efforts to balance staffing needs with budgetary and operational requirements.
  • Administer payroll management systems ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements and benefits processing.
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and reports that inform strategic human resource decisions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops focused on HR policies, compliance, and professional development.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing HR practices, policies, and workflows for enhanced efficiency.
