  • Handling customer phone calls both inbound and outbound.
  • Good communication skills along with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Minimum qualification required for this role is intermediate.
  • Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers.
  • Executes customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages.
  • Answers customers inquiries.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
  • Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns.
  • Follow up the leads.
  • Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
  • Must Be Committed regarding the work.
  • Must have quality to gain the work load.
