Buisness Development Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Faisal Town, Lahore. This full-time, onsite position operates during the US shift hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000, along with commission opportunities. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and various communication channels to engage potential clients.
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads specifically within the U.S. market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Manage negotiations and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Required Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or business development roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
