Key Responsibilities
- Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely bill generation and dispatch
- Handle billing complaints within defined TATs
- Support revenue recovery and follow up with non-paying customers
- Process billing adjustments and ensure audit compliance
- Monitor high-usage, overseas, and exception cases
- Perform pre-sale verification via CRM/COPS
- Clear rejected, stuck, and restored orders
- Verify adjustments by Contact Centre and JS teams
- Issue W.H. tax statements and send payment reminders
