ERP Software Expert

Burooj Developers is seeking a skilled ERP Software Expert to join their Lahore-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing, customizing, and optimizing the company's ERP systems across sales, finance, and project operations. As a key contributor, the ERP Software Expert will ensure seamless data integration, streamline internal processes, and uphold data accuracy and security within all ERP modules. This role involves leading a team of five professionals to improve and support ERP functionality in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate holds a graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support. The individual must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot system issues efficiently and coordinate effectively with vendors and developers for system maintenance and upgrades. Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions in the real estate or construction sectors is advantageous, contributing to more informed customization and support activities.
Responsibilities

Configure, customize, maintain, and troubleshoot the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to support business operations.
Manage and lead a team of five ERP specialists to achieve departmental goals and optimize ERP system performance.
Provide training and support to staff on relevant ERP modules to ensure effective system usage across departments.
Develop and generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide timely insights for management review and decision-making.
Collaborate with external vendors and software developers to coordinate system upgrades, apply patches, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Monitor data integrity by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across all ERP modules and integrated systems.
Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and data flow.
Document configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for ongoing ERP operations.
Stay current with ERP best practices, technological advancements, and industry trends to support continual system optimization.
Support the real estate or construction domain-specific ERP requirements by tailoring system configurations accordingly.
