Transfo Tech Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., a reputable company based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a skilled Busbar Technician to join its After Sales Department on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in busbar fabrication, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panels and switchgear. This role requires a practical understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, cut, bend, and punch copper and aluminium busbars accurately.
- Install and assemble busbars in Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) electrical panels.
- Perform modifications, replacements, and routine maintenance of busbars.
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, insulation, and secure connections of busbars.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving busbar-related faults.
- Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures and technical standards.
- Conduct after-sales site visits and carry out maintenance activities as required.

Required Qualifications
- Matriculation or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in busbar work.
- Practical knowledge of working with copper and aluminium busbars.
- Experience with LT Panels, Distribution Boards, and Electrical Switchgear.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
