Key Responsibilities
- Support growth initiatives through market research and customer data analysis.
- Assist in preparing performance reports for both internal teams and clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to track campaign results and document processes.
- Contribute to the optimization of sales funnels and outreach strategies.
- Learn and utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms to support growth activities.
- Help prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions aimed at developing growth experiments.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to structured growth playbooks.
- Actively develop skills in business strategy, technology-driven growth, and client communication.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, comfortable working with data, reporting, and basic performance analysis.
- Foundational knowledge of marketing and sales concepts, including funnels, customer journeys, and growth metrics.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management platforms.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
