Business Analyst (Business Plan Writer)

Talensol is seeking a motivated Business Analyst (Business Plan Writer) based in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience who possess a creative business mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas, research, and data into professional business plans and presentations that support strategic decision-making. The position offers a monthly salary of PKR 50,000, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive business plans and presentations based on research and data analysis.
- Conduct thorough market and business research to support strategic planning.
- Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Canva to create visually appealing and professional documents.
- Leverage AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to enhance business writing and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy in business documentation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- Strong business writing skills with a good command of written English.
- Proven analytical and research capabilities.
- Proficiency in presentation software, specifically PowerPoint and Canva.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms.
