Key Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify key opportunities and risks to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead and support change initiatives that drive transformation within the organization through digital solutions.

Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a Scrum or Agile framework.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries with a strong understanding of risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP are advantageous but not mandatory.
