Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support special pilot projects related to various initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to drive success.
- Identify and structure business problems while effectively communicating challenges and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Generate insights and metrics tailored for both technical and business audiences.
- Manage large-scale projects by developing realistic estimates and plans, coordinating efforts, and maintaining clear communication with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams.
- Oversee project management activities including planning, coordination, effort estimation, reporting, and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and progress.
- Drive projects forward by identifying key parameters for subsequent steps and potential enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA degree from a tier 1 business school.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations roles.
- Proven expertise in problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Experience working with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies or data systems, including data warehousing and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mapping technologies is mandatory.
- Total professional experience ranging from 5 to 8 years is preferred.
- The role involves a two-round interview process.
- Work modality will be as per client requirements.
