Business Analyst Intern Karachi

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team onsite in Karachi. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-semester students to start a career in IT Business Analysis by gaining practical experience working on real software projects. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of business analysis principles, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in learning how to translate business needs into clear and actionable documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and other members to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional requirements.
- Analyze business problems and contribute to identifying potential solutions.
- Participate actively in requirement discussions and project meetings.
- Maintain and update requirement documents to reflect the current project status.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify and validate requirements before development and testing phases.
- Follow up on requirements to ensure thorough understanding and proper implementation.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-semester student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts such as requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Familiarity with key documents like BRDs, Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
- Knowledge of business processes, stakeholder management, project scope, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, with a basic understanding of Waterfall methodology.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with good command of English.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an IT work environment.

- Must be available for onsite work in Karachi during working hours (11:30 AM – 7:30 PM).
