Business Analyst Intern

Marham, Pakistan’s leading doctor discovery and booking platform, is seeking a highly analytical and resourceful Business Analyst Intern. Key Responsibilities
- Identify business problems by understanding challenges across different functions and investigating their root causes.
- Analyze data and information to research problems, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Develop hypotheses by forming logical assumptions about why problems exist and potential solutions.
- Design and run structured experiments with clearly defined success metrics to test potential solutions.
- Measure the business impact by evaluating experiment results and determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Recommend evidence-based solutions to improve business performance, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, growth, and product to address complex challenges.
- Document and communicate learnings clearly, highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and next steps.

Required Qualifications
- Completion of O/A Levels or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking skills.
- Natural curiosity to understand why problems occur and how to improve processes.
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Comfort working with numbers, patterns, research, and evidence.
