We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role acts as a bridge between business goals and technology, requiring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to optimize and enhance integrations.
- Design, document, and maintain system processes for clarity and efficiency.
- Identify common technical issues or questions and provide recommendations to the product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings clearly to the product team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve monitoring, detect issues early, and deliver greater value to customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in analytics and systems development.
- High proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience creating documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), UML diagrams, and business process flows.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record.
- Skilled in generating process documentation and detailed reports.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in relevant Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and conduct user testing effectively.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- High proficiency in technical writing.
