Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a results-oriented Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions. Prior experience in Healthcare IT is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and project management to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend optimization strategies for healthcare IT workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, review meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Create mockups, workflows, and wireframes to enhance clarity of requirements when necessary.
- Support change management processes and perform impact analysis.
- Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards and healthcare industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Healthcare IT domain.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or other compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PMI-ACP) are considered a plus.
