Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Karachi, Sindh. This role involves analyzing business challenges, gathering and validating requirements, and collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate will support Agile processes, contribute to user acceptance testing, and help improve existing workflows to meet organizational goals. This position is well-suited for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of relevant experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business problems by identifying root causes, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements accurately.
- Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and wireframes.
- Evaluate current (As-Is) processes and recommend enhanced (To-Be) workflows for improved efficiency.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support Agile activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement tracking.
- Assess basic system integrations and their impact on business processes.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions align with business needs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Analysis, or involvement in software projects, internships, or academic projects.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business process mapping, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing concepts, basic data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
- Ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and validate proposed solutions effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with Jira and basic knowledge of Figma is preferred.
