Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications. Work alongside product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between requirements and business goals. Develop business process flows, wireframes, and user stories to support product development efforts. Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide actionable feedback for product enhancements. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and clients. Oversee project timelines and scope to meet customer expectations effectively. Communicate clearly with diverse project teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Utilize AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude to support requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis, ensuring all AI-generated outputs are validated before use. Leverage AI to draft and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and meeting summaries. Identify opportunities to integrate AI for improving business processes and product functionality. Apply Agile methodologies while working within Scrum teams to facilitate efficient project delivery.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting. At least 3 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams. Proven ability to work effectively with offshore teams. Proficiency with requirement gathering and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Hands-on experience managing the project lifecycle for large corporate clients. Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools for business analysis, documentation, or research. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in business process modeling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English. Solid understanding of software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of process modeling techniques like BPMN and UML is advantageous. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure is beneficial. Hands-on experience in product development across multiple platforms is desirable.
