Key Responsibilities

- Gather and engage with customers to understand and document detailed requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, ensuring all explicit and implicit needs are captured.
- Collaborate closely with client engagement partners to analyze RFPs and RFIs, preparing comprehensive scope documents and workflow diagrams based on thorough research.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as project managers, pre-sales, technical leads, and architects to design accurate and timely responses to customer requests.
- Communicate the financial and operational impacts of proposed changes, maintaining regular interactions with customers to clarify requirements and incorporate feedback into solution designs.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions or prototypes to customers, fostering strong relationships to optimize business integration and generate leads.
- Conduct ongoing reviews with customers to enhance service and product delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and value.
- Work closely with delivery teams to relay customer feedback, review test cases for complete coverage, and perform root cause analysis on solutions before customer presentation.
- Facilitate deployment of change requests, support QA with testing inputs, and oversee integration and user acceptance testing to validate solution success.
- Apply data modeling techniques to analyze findings and drive improvements, ensuring full utilization of system capabilities aligned with business specifications.
- Consolidate and finalize solution responses to RFPs and RFIs prior to customer submission.
- Support project managers and delivery teams by defining project milestones, challenging execution plans, and ensuring quality deliverables that meet customer expectations.
- Build domain expertise by collaborating with other business analysts, contributing to knowledge sharing through whitepapers, research, and market insights.
- Identify reusable use cases and conduct market research to enhance project content and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in gathering and analyzing customer requirements, preparing detailed documentation, and managing stakeholder communications.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including pre-sales, delivery, and QA to ensure solution alignment and quality.
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes, workflow modeling, and solution demonstrations.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Familiarity with data modeling and testing methodologies to validate solutions.
- Ability to manage project milestones and contribute to delivery excellence.
- Knowledge of AI and cognitive technologies is mandatory.
