We are looking for a proficient Data Analyst with strong skills in data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and research gathering. The successful candidate will be experienced in presenting data-driven solutions and implementing them effectively to support organizational goals. Expertise in MS Excel, Google Looker Studio, and Google Sheets is essential for analyzing data, creating insightful reports, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio and Excel to monitor KPIs related to recovery staff performance, resident invoices, and inventory tracking.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Automate data processing tasks within MS Excel and Google Sheets to enhance operational efficiency.
- Review CRM reports by filtering and cleaning data to enable precise and actionable analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to deliver data-driven insights that support various business units.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity across all data sources.
- Organize and update data repositories in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring data remains accessible and up-to-date.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or a similar analytical position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex data clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools including MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Looker Studio, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio.

This position is based in Lahore (Gulberg).
