Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our lead generation teams by providing real-time analysis, managing data, generating performance reports, and driving process improvements. This role involves close collaboration with operational teams and stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, enhance reporting accuracy, and facilitate informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lead generation teams to understand business needs, monitor performance, and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Deliver real-time and ad hoc business analysis to support timely, data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and manage historical business data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Create new reports and analytical solutions in response to evolving business requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and communicate findings effectively.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools is an advantage.
