Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project phases. This position requires collaboration with project managers, developers, and testers to facilitate successful project delivery while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements.
- Break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to estimate efforts and plan project timelines effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and resolve conflicts.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
- Document and maintain detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and other project artifacts.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing business analysis practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience in breaking down requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project estimation techniques and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

The position is based at Central Tower 3, Gulberg Lahore. Working hours are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, providing some flexibility in scheduling.
