Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements thoroughly.
- Break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories, each with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to estimate effort and plan project timelines effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document and maintain detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and other project artifacts.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing business analysis practices within the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience in breaking down requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project estimation techniques and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

Location and Working Hours

This position is based at Central Tower 3, Gulberg, Lahore. The working hours are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, providing some flexibility within the day.
