Business Analyst

Mixt Academy, an international EdTech company specializing in online tutoring for students from KG to Grade 12 across the UK and global markets, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive. The company offers tutoring across various curricula, including Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, IGCSE, GCSE, A Levels, IB, and other international boards. This full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, Pakistan, involves working closely with the CEO to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and support the company’s growth and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile and professional networking activities, including strategic outreach to potential clients, business partners, and relevant stakeholders. Conduct thorough business and market research to uncover new opportunities, industry trends, and areas for growth. Explore innovative EdTech ideas, strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new business initiatives aligned with company goals. Identify and evaluate relevant summits, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events that support business objectives. Seek potential speaking engagements, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities to enhance the company’s presence in the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, educational institutions, companies, and industry professionals. Support the CEO in business development activities such as meeting coordination, professional communication, and timely follow-ups. Maintain organized records of business opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up with prospective clients and partners. Generate qualified leads and develop a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities in both local and international markets. Present Mixt Academy’s services to prospects and work towards converting leads into long-term business relationships. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support expansion and partnership efforts. Proactively bring new ideas, leads, and actionable growth opportunities to the CEO. Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends within the EdTech sector to identify innovation and expansion possibilities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Previous experience in business development, executive assistance, strategic research, sales, or professional networking is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong LinkedIn networking, prospecting, and professional outreach capabilities. Proficient research, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with business research tools, CRM platforms, and lead-generation techniques. Ability to identify opportunities, think strategically, and present practical business ideas. Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work closely with senior leadership, manage professional communications, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
