Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a results-oriented Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Experience in Healthcare IT is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and project management to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend optimization strategies for healthcare IT workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, review meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Create mockups, workflows, and wireframes to support clarity and understanding of requirements.
- Assist in change management processes and perform impact analysis as needed.
- Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards and adhere to healthcare industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Business Administration (BBA), or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Healthcare IT sector.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in drafting BRDs, FRDs, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or other compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PMI-ACP) are considered a plus.
