Business Analyst (Mid)

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst who can independently translate complex client needs into clear technical and process requirements across enterprise engagements. This role is critical to Sarmaya’s systems, which are built around the principles of "your data, your governance, your system." The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

- Own requirement-gathering and process analysis for client projects, ensuring thorough understanding of business needs.
- Map current-state versus future-state workflows to support systems rationalization and process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Support solution design decisions by providing data-backed analysis and insights.
- Contribute to transformation strategy and roadmap discussions with clients, helping to shape long-term business outcomes.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented business requirements through rigorous testing and review.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of business analysis experience, preferably in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping and requirement documentation, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience working directly with client stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gather and clarify requirements.
- Ability to translate ambiguous or complex business problems into structured, actionable requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital transformation or systems modernization projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP or other enterprise systems environments will be an advantage.
