We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing business processes. The ideal candidate will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical solutions to boost efficiency and productivity across the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Analyze data to generate meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and implementation.
- Utilize analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Visio, Tableau, and SQL for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Support project management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet requirements.
- Participate in database design and contribute to ongoing database maintenance and optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Strong expertise in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
- Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.
- Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with server environments to support technical operations and deployments.
- Ability to use Bash Unix shell scripting for automation and task management.
- Understanding of predictive analytics techniques to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Solid foundation in database design principles and best practices.
This full-time role is well-suited for proactive professionals with excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving business improvements. Candidates who are recent graduates but possess the relevant technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Work Location
- Annual salary range: Rs 600,000 to Rs 1,200,000
- Work location: On-site (in person)
