The project is a B2B campaign, where the agents are required to pull complete merchant processing statements. The statements can not be older than 3 months including the current month.
This is a Night Shift Job. Working hours will be aligned with Canada (EST). That is 8:00pm to 5:00am PST Monday to Friday.Candidates with excellent communication skills and an English or American accent may apply, Full training and further details will be provided upon being shortlisted.
Basic Requirements:- 2 years experience in B2B process on an outbound Campaign.- Merchant processing industry exp is an asset.- Excellent English Communication skills.- Clear pronunciation and speaks with articulation.- Knows how to use a computer (basic).- Driven and motivated.- Looking to build a career.- Ability to work in night shift.
