We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our world-class Sales Team in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and Creating of Training Content, Videos, Quizzes, Tests in Liaison with Head of Training & Development
- Design Assessment Criteria
- Facilitate new Hiring for our Sales Executives and help them hit sales targets
- Run our Training program and ensure trainees hit their sales targets to successfully get appointment
- Conduct Accent Training
- Up-train our existing staff to positively impact our sales targets
- Attend Board interviews and select Sales Executive candidates
- Work with HR to ensure the well-being of all Trainees
- Persistent on retention of knowledge through innovative ideas and implementations
- Excellent presentation skills igniting motivation to learn in team
- Excellent communication skills with peers
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Fast learning and delivery abilities working within time pressure on emergent requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience training in service-oriented call center projects
- Able to demonstrate the ability to improve the performance and productivity of Telesales Executives
- Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
