Business Consultant (Male & Female Candidates Can Apply)

GRAPHITECH is seeking motivated and confident Business Consultants to join our team at our North Nazimabad, Karachi office. This full-time, onsite role requires candidates who are target-driven and possess excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales or cold calling, with a professional approach to client interactions. The position operates from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and offers a dynamic work environment focused on growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to international clients to generate and qualify leads.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with potential customers from diverse markets.
- Present and promote company services effectively to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Address client queries, handle objections, and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead status.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to over 1 year of experience in international sales, cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international clients and handling professional conversations.
- Proven client-handling and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- A target-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools is advantageous.
