Business Developer – US Care at Home

SRK Care at Home is looking for a motivated professional based in Pakistan with a strong track record of successfully acquiring private-pay clients for U.S. home care agencies. This remote role requires someone who can effectively identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, establish referral relationships, and convert inquiries into paying clients. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the U.S. home care market and demonstrate the ability to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential private-pay clients for U.S.-based home care services.
- Generate and qualify leads through various outreach and networking methods.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Convert inquiries and leads into paying clients by effectively communicating service value.
- Develop and implement practical strategies to attract new clients consistently.
- Maintain availability during U.S. Eastern business hours to ensure timely communication and follow-up.

Required Qualifications
- Proven success in acquiring private-pay home care clients within the U.S. market.
