Business Developer Executive

InboundInccom is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates for the position of Email Chat Support Representative. The position requires working in-person at the Gulberg 3 location in Lahore, with a fixed evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday, offering weekends off. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while handling customer requests.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates only.
- Minimum education qualification: Graduation.
