Business Developer Officer

We are seeking experienced Chat-Based Sales Representatives to join our team as Sales Executives. This role involves engaging with clients primarily through social media platforms such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, and Twitch. The position requires candidates to have a solid background in social media sales, effective communication skills, and a basic command of English. This is an in-person role with fixed working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). The monthly salary ranges from Rs15,000 to Rs30,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales and client engagement through chat-based communication on various social media platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, and Twitch.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide relevant product or service information.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media sales or a related sales role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively via chat.
- Basic proficiency in English to handle client conversations clearly and professionally.
- Availability to work in-person during the specified working hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Commitment to full-time employment; part-time, remote work, internships, or freshers will not be considered.
