BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – RECRUITMENT & HR SERVICES

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its team in Islamabad. This role focuses on expanding the company’s corporate client network across Central Punjab and Islamabad by promoting recruitment and HR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment consultancy, staffing, executive search, or HR services, with proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships. This position requires a proactive professional who can generate leads, engage with senior corporate stakeholders, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients in need of recruitment and HR solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CEOs, Directors, and business owners.
- Present and promote Human Capital’s recruitment, executive search, staffing, and HR service offerings.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, calls, emails, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings to assess hiring and manpower requirements.
- Convert prospects into new corporate clients for Human Capital.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team post-client onboarding to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5+ years of experience working in recruitment consultancy, staffing agencies, executive search, or HR services companies.
- Strong client relationship-building and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of recruitment and HR services.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, MS Office, and professional email communication.
- Confident in engaging with senior-level corporate professionals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and professional approach to work.
