BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – RECRUITMENT & HR SERVICES

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its team and help expand its corporate client network across Central Punjab. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in need of recruitment and HR services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment consultancy, staffing, executive search, or HR services, with proven experience in building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive, professional individual who can confidently interact with senior corporate professionals and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients requiring recruitment and HR solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CEOs, Directors, and business owners.
- Present and promote Human Capital’s recruitment, executive search, staffing, and HR service offerings.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, calls, emails, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring and manpower needs.
- Convert prospects into new corporate clients for Human Capital.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team post-client onboarding to ensure smooth execution of requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffing agency, executive search, or HR services company.
- Strong client relationship-building and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR services.
- Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
- Confidence in dealing with senior-level corporate professionals.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office, and professional email communication.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and professional approach.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with existing corporate connections and experience successfully bringing recruitment or HR clients on board will be given preference.
