ZenCloud Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDA Intern to join our business development team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-semester students to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, lead generation, and prospect outreach. The role focuses on supporting the team in expanding our client base through targeted communication and effective follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Research and identify prospective clients and target companies to build a strong lead pipeline.
- Build and maintain comprehensive prospect and lead databases for ongoing outreach efforts.
- Create and send professional outreach emails tailored to potential clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups via email and other business communication channels to nurture leads.
- Track the performance of email campaigns, including responses and lead engagement metrics.
- Support the business development team in qualifying leads and generating new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect information to ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to other business development and lead-generation tasks as needed to support team goals.

Required Qualifications

- Fresh graduates or final-semester students in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Genuine interest in email marketing, sales, and business development.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a target-oriented work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs20,000.
