Business Development Associate - BLUSHA

Our client, BLUSHA, a beauty-tech startup focused on digitizing Pakistan’s salon industry, is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate based in Lahore. This role involves engaging with salon owners to introduce and promote BLUSHA’s innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s customer base by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process to drive adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and various outreach channels.
- Connect with salon owners to qualify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Schedule product demonstrations in coordination with the Field Sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to enhance conversion rates.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities with the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and consistently meet assigned sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Confidence and persistence in cold calling and customer engagement.
- Good organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or tools like Airtable is advantageous.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset focused on achieving results.
