The successful candidate will work closely with the team to identify potential clients, generate leads, initiate conversations, and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
- Introduce Encyphers’ services to potential clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule discovery calls.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and daily activities.
- Support sales proposals and client communication.
- Utilize AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and enhance productivity.
- Work towards daily activity targets and monthly performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Excellent research, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
