Business Development Associate

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Associate to join its Project Sales team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and facilitating site visits with the goal of closing sales effectively. As a key representative of Zameen.com, the successful candidate will ensure a smooth and positive customer experience by maintaining clear communication and delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide thorough briefings and demonstrations of relevant properties to potential buyers.
- Conduct site visits to showcase properties and address client queries.
- Follow up regularly with clients to track evolving needs and maintain engagement.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the face of the company, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience from initial contact through deal closure.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
