Business Development Associate

The position is full-time with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and it requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads to support business growth initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Basic understanding of lead generation techniques and client handling processes.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach to meet and exceed goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
