Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide detailed demonstrations and conduct site visits to showcase properties effectively.
- Follow up consistently with clients to stay updated on any changes in their needs.
- Maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with relevant enthusiasm and skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
