Business Development Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our Lahore-based team, working from our Defence Phase 4 office. This role focuses on outbound and inbound sales activities targeting UK clients, with the goal of generating new business leads and converting prospects into long-term customers. The position operates within a fast-paced call centre environment, requiring adherence to daily and monthly sales targets. Candidates must be fluent in English and have previous call centre experience in Pakistan. The working hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT, Monday through Friday. The starting salary is from PKR 100,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to UK-based prospects and follow up on inbound leads.
- Confidently pitch company services while managing objections professionally.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share leads and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English speaking skills are mandatory.
- Previous call centre experience in Pakistan is essential.
- Ability to work UK business hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient and confident personality, comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
