Business Development Executive – CCTV & AI Surveillance

Zee Links is a technology and security solutions provider specializing in AI-driven surveillance and IT infrastructure for both business and residential clients. The company offers a wide range of services including CCTV installation, AI-based video surveillance and analytics, abnormal behavior and theft detection, as well as network and IT infrastructure setup. To support its growth in Karachi, Zee Links is looking for motivated Business Development and Lead Generation professionals to identify new opportunities and expand its client base within the CCTV, AI surveillance, networking, and IT solutions sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify newly opened shops, offices, warehouses, and other commercial establishments that may require CCTV or security system installations.
- Approach existing businesses that currently lack CCTV systems or need upgrades, replacements, or additional surveillance equipment.
- Conduct field visits to potential customer locations to present Zee Links’ services and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable CCTV, AI surveillance, networking, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and provide detailed customer information for follow-up by the company.
- Identify customers interested in advanced AI-powered surveillance features such as abnormal behavior detection and theft analytics.
- Maintain professional communication and follow up with leads to help convert prospects into customers.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Matriculation.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems, with an emphasis on AI-based CCTV solutions.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, sincere, and proactive in approaching potential customers.
- Willingness to work in a performance-driven role that involves field visits and active customer acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in lead generation, business development, field sales, or customer acquisition is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates without formal experience but confident in their abilities are encouraged to apply.
- This is a part-time, commission-based role with a hybrid remote work arrangement, requiring physical visits to client locations in Karachi.
- Monthly earning potential ranges from Rs20,000 to Rs40,000, depending on performance.
